The beta deal, in plain English.

What you're getting

A license to install and use Neroli on a Mac you own or operate, plus beta cloud features when your account has access. You can use it for personal and commercial work.

What we're not promising

Beta software. Things may break. Features may change or disappear between releases. There's no SLA, no uptime guarantee, no support ticket queue. If something is on fire, email us and we'll do our best.

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Don't use it as the only thing standing between you and a production incident.

Your code is yours

You keep all rights to the code on your machine, including anything an AI agent writes while running through Neroli. Neroli does not claim a license to your code, your prompts, or your outputs.

Cloud sessions

Neroli Cloud is optional beta infrastructure for running sessions away from your Mac. A session may move there from your Mac or start there directly. Cloud capacity, runtimes, billing gates, browser access, and recovery behavior may change during beta. Use cloud only when you are comfortable with the session state being processed by Neroli Cloud.

What you agree to

• Don't redistribute the Neroli binary. Send people a link to the site instead.
• Don't reverse-engineer Neroli to ship a competing product. Looking at it to understand or fix something is fine.
• Comply with the terms of any AI agent or API provider you connect to Neroli.

Ending it

You can stop using Neroli at any time by quitting and uninstalling. We can end your access at any time if you break these terms, though in practice we'll usually email you first.
